1. How often do I have to serve?
We ask that you serve at least once a month for a 3-month commitment.
2. What do I wear?
• Parking Lot - must wear assigned ‘Red’ iServe t-shirts
• Guest Host Teams - must wear assigned ‘Red’ iServe t-shirts
• Greeters – casual attire or iServe t-shirts
• Coffee – iServe t-shirts
• Ushers – White golf shirts or blouses
• Green Room – casual attire or iServe t-shirts
3. Is childcare provided while I serve?
Childcare is provided between 8:30am – 11:45am
4. Can my child serve?
We encourage our youth to get involved in serving on an iServe Team.
5. Can I serve on several teams?
Yes, through Planning Center Online, we can coordinate your schedule to enable you to serve in various positions.
6. How can I sign-up to be a member of the team?
Simply go to the Restoration Church homepage, click on iServe logo and follow the link to Sign-up or fill out an iServe card at the iServe Information Desk.
7. How will I know my schedule?
All scheduling is done through Planning Center Online, you can access your schedule by clicking on the ‘schedule’ link within the iServe portal on the Restoration Church website.
8. Do I have to have an email address?
Since the scheduling is done via Planning Center Online, it is recommended that you have an email address. This is the easiest way to communicate with all volunteers effectively. Also having an email address keeps you up to date on the latest happenings, news and events with Restoration Church.
9. What if I am scheduled and I can’t make it?
If you can’t serve on a scheduled day, just ‘Decline’ through Planning Center Online. This will send us an instant alert and allow us to schedule a replacement.
10. What if I want to serve in an area that is not listed?
