Spartan Community Development Inc.

Spartan Community Development Inc. (S.C.D.) was formed by Restoration Church for community-wide outreaches so other churches, community organizations, local charities and government agencies could join together to improve our community. Through S.C.D. Restoration has been practically involved in the Una, Arcadia, and Saxon area for several years.
